Ms. Flowers joined Third Avenue in 2025 as Director, Client Service. Ms. Flowers is part of Third Avenue Management’s client services team. In this role, Ms. Flowers drives new allocations to the firm, fosters and grows existing client relationships, and facilitates in-person meetings with prospects and clients. Before Third Avenue, Ms. Flowers served as the Director of Capital Markets at Peak 15 Capital and led the investor relations department at Opportunity Austin.

Ms. Flowers holds a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from Coastal Carolina University, Wall College of Business.
